Meet our Director
Becki has a Disability Studies Master’s Degree with Distinction, Business Management Honours Degree and NVQ Level 2 in Youth and Community Work. Beginning as a Youth Worker, Becki has since carved very successful careers in Training Development, Project Management and volunteering Practice.
As the only disabled Youth Worker in her area, Becki quickly became an experienced Disability Equality Trainer and ignited her passion for empowering and inspiring individuals and service providers through informative and interactive training delivery.
Becki subsequently took the role as Manager of Scope’s Inclusive Volunteering Project, gaining five years experience of recruiting and managing disabled volunteers and running a highly successfully programme of Inclusive Good practice Training. The excellent reputation Becki established during this time led her to guest speak at VolEurope Conference 2008 and the prestigious NHS 60th Anniversary Celebrations amongst numberous other events.
With ten years Consultancy and Training experience, Becki has an in-depth understanding of the demands of achieving equality, inclusion and Best Practice, working with over 800 businesses and charities to develop practical, realistic and achievable solutions to ensure the highest quality service provision and customer excellence.
Combining her enthusiasm for raising awareness, promoting disability equality and passion for professional training, Becki is now the Managing Director of The Inspirations Consultancy, providing a range of Disability Equality and Best Practice consultancy and training across Public, Private and Third Sectors.
